Our approach

We combine a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide comprehensive support for personal growth and healing. Our Person-Centered Therapy creates a safe, empathetic space for clients to feel heard and empowered in their self-exploration. We incorporate Psychodynamic Therapy to uncover past experiences and unconscious processes that shape current behaviors, while Humanistic Therapy encourages self-actualization and living authentically. Through Cognitive Therapy, we help clients challenge negative thought patterns, and Cognitive Behavioral-Inspired Interventions along with Interpersonal Therapy address the thought processes and relationship dynamics impacting emotional well-being. Additionally, Existential Therapy helps clients explore life’s fundamental questions about purpose and meaning, guiding them to live with clarity and authenticity. Together, these approaches create a holistic, personalized experience that fosters lasting transformation and resilience.

Founder & Clinical Therapist

I’m the owner and founder of All Saints Counseling Group, a practice dedicated to providing holistic and personalized mental health services. I am currently pursuing my EDD in Community Care and Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Counseling at Liberty University. I also hold a graduate degree in Professional Counseling and Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Salisbury University. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have been passionate about helping individuals and families achieve emotional well-being, which is reflected in my contributions to research publications on health and wellness.

As a therapist, my approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to understanding each client’s individual needs. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy, to help clients explore their emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives. At Allsaint Counseling Group, I emphasize the importance of self-awareness and personal growth, working with clients to help them connect with their inner strengths and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing, while fostering long-term emotional resilience through personalized support that extends beyond the therapy room.
